More About Coach Colin

Here at NV5 Performance Academy LLC we offer the best 1on1 and 2on1 training in the Cary/Apex area. We have been doing 1on1 training for nearly a decade and have been working with kids 1on1 for over 3 years now. We have a proven system that allows us to develop our players in a much faster way than our competition.

All of our coaches on staff are former Division 1 soccer players that have played at the highest collegiate level in the US. We were the best, playing with and against the best players in the country.

A typical session with us is blocked accordingly
15 mins - SAQ (Speed Agility Quickness) workout
45 mins - Soccer Training

We typically set up my sessions based on a simple skill of the day and building that skill into a game-like situation. We start simple then get more functional as the session goes!
