I have trained all levels in all three disciplines at all distances. Have also competed in all distances from Sprint to Ironman.
Was 5th - 4th in the Bud Light Sprint National Championship 1993 and 1994.
Now concentrate on training athletes.
Exercise physiologist with vast experience coaching (pool and open water) as an ASCA Level 5 Education and Experience certified coach.

Place regularly in top 10 of all races even as a 45+ year old while competing. Now only coach due to prior military service injuries. Place top 5 in age group all distances in major championship type races. Swimming is my best element though due to experience in open water swimming and coaching.

One-on-one technique evaluation, training, and advice. In water sessions usually last 30-90 minutes with follow-up and training assignments. Bike and running include technique evaluation form and training recommendations.
