More About Coach Christos
I usually work with high school ages, and recently started training younger ages now (8-13). The players I train with range from many different levels. Group sessions usually consist of players at or around the same level.
I played college soccer at the University of Tampa, high level club soccer at Chicago Inter, and varsity at Carl Sandburg High school for 3 years.
I start off with a warmup that includes balance and agility drills before I get into a technical session. Then we move on to position specific drills.
