I am currently a Head Coach within the Barca Residency Academy in Casa Grande working within a unique methodology that derives from the leading football organization in the world FC Barcelona. My development comes from the support of the Spanish Directors (experience working in La Masia) that monitor the alignment of my weekly training sessions that develop players to play within our recognizable style of play. Outside of Barca I work for US Soccer as a Coaching Educator for the US B License and work closely with adult students in pursuit of ongoing development and obtaining long term career goals. Previously before joining Barca I was in San Diego with MLS Next Albion SC San Diego club for two years.

Within the Womens game the most recognizable player that I have coached is USWNT Alyssa Thompson and her sister Giselle Thompson (Angel City) at the U19 level for three years within the DA & ECNL for Real So Cal. During this period as Head Coach I was fortunate to support the development of many players within this talented team that went on to play in D1 schools such as UCLA, USC, Clemson, Pepperdine, ASU, Long Beach, etc.

Lastly I was a Volunteer & Assistant Coach for D1 Cal State University, Northridge within the Men's and Womens for 1.5 years.

Professional: Newport County AFC - 2 years
A local academy player that was registered to play for the Men's first team. The academy started at the U16 age level within the English Football Leagues and went up to U19. A fractured Tibia and Fibula turned my focus towards coaching and moving towards the States.

Specificity towards principles that impact the game within most clubs style of play.
Design of activities that will link to specific periodization within the micro cycle being aware of the load required before the next game.
