I’ve coached youth soccer to semi-pro teams in the Houston area. I’ve worked with Rise SC with their Elite teams and with Fuerza Futbol Club on their opening season in Div 1 UPSL.

I have my USSF Soccer Coaching Licenses, NASM Performance, Corrective Exercise, and Personal Training.

I’ve played academy and youth soccer all my youth years and after my senior year in high school I went on to play Professional in El Salvador. Played in DiV 1, Div 2, and U21 El Salvador National team.

My sessions are Soccer Specialized Performance Strength & Conditioning Training. You can expect a high level training session that will help your performance in the pitch. My goal is to keep the athlete healthy all year round with high level performance training. My sessions are hard but guaranteed to improve performance.
