I have coached all ages and levels.
From just learning soccer to college athletes.
I have trained all ages, primarily focus on 11 to 18 years old
I competed with the youth national team, played Division 1 soccer in the ACC at Virginia tech, and had multiple professional trials with Barnsley and Bradford city
My sessions in the beginning force athletes out of their comfort zone and to make mistakes.
Once I get a good understanding of where the athlete is at, I am able to build a personalized plan to focus on the weaknesses and further increase their strengths
