1 on 1 training. ($45 an hour)- Individual work with what the chiild is wanting to improve on. Very specific to there needs and development.

Small group training, no less then 5 no more than 8 players ($10 per person)- these sessions can be based on a few different things, 1-being a skills specific session where we do all ball work and technique ex: dribbling, 2- could be just a shooting drill ex: using goals working on placement and technique 3- principles of play, meaning I can run a small defending session or attacking session ex: 1 v1 defending.

Team training ($175 for 120 mins)- this is where I would take a team and run a session for them, Teaching the head coach how to have a purposeful session, ex: I may run a full 4 activity lesson plan based on what the coach wants to work on, ex: maybe finishing in the final 3, or attacking using wide players.
