More About Coach Charles

I have had experience working with a number of athletes ranging in ages between 16 and 55. Some of these athletes qualified for the Boston Marathon, others got scholarships to run track/field in college (one went to the University of Michigan). Mostly, I felt that my fire was really ignited when I had an opportunity to help turn around around someone who wanted to set goals to do their first triathlon, 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2, 70.3, 140.6. Most people never initially believe they are capable of doing any of these distances, but with a solid plan, anything is possible!

Qualified and competed at the World Ironman Championships in Kona, Hawaii in 2012. Amateur level 5th/335 AG
Several top 3 finishes at different distances
4x Ironman (IMWI, IMWI, IMFL, IMHA)
2 time Windy City Athlete of the year (2008-2009)
Qualified for the National Olympic distance (placing top 3 at Lifetime Fitness Triathlon in Minneapolis in 2008

Discuss goals and purpose of the plan. Address strengths and weaknesses. Are you aiming to complete your first triathlon/5k race etc. or are you trying to qualify for Kona or the Boston Marathon? We can set up the plan in no time!

Dr. Hausman is not only a great chiropractor, but he was also a great coach helping me get through both of my first 2 marathons and eventually was able to help me qualify for Boston!
