More About Coach Cedrick

I have experience coaching and training athletes from ages 8 to 50 years old. I have coached youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. I typically work with middle school to adult aged athletes. I am CSCS certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am CPR/AED certified through the American Healthcare Academy. I am a Maryland State Certified Physical Education Teacher and Physical Fitness Adjunct Professor at York College of Pennsylvania.

I was a three sport athlete in high school (football, track & field, and one year baseball). 800 meter runner for Boys Track & Field State Championship. I was nominated for Chesapeake Classic All-star Football game as a defensive back in high school. I played 3 years of collegiate football at Howard University.

After a few months of training I went from a 6’1” 160 lbs. skinny kid with a 27” vertical to a 6’2” 175 lbs. athlete with a 35” vertical.
