More About Coach Cassi
I used to be a volunteer coach at Storm Soccer Club. For the last two seasons, I have been an assistant coach and a skills trainer for Real Colorado, helping with the premier/competitive U-11 and U-12 age groups mainly. Lastly, I have also done private training for multiple ages and levels.
In high school, I was a 4-year varsity player. I played ECNL for Storm Soccer Club, and also played for Real Colorado for a short stint too. I then went on to play college soccer at the Colorado School of Mines.
A technical warmup/stretching.
Depending on the focus for the day, 20-35 minutes of high intensity close skills work, with high focus on technical aspects.
Last 15 minutes, letting everything we have learned be more game oriented.
