More About Coach Cassandra
I have coached all different levels, from age 5 up to varsity level players. I work mainly with pitchers and those who strive to become a successful pitcher/ learn more about pitching.
I was a pitching coach in Stevens Point, Wisconsin at a local high school for 4 years after playing softball at the collegiate level.
In high school, I earned player of the year all 4 years of my career. I also continued my softball career at the collegiate level as a pitcher at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
To start with, I would like to know my clients experience to better plan for the session. If my client is just starting out, we will start basic by learning drills(release points, follow through etc). If my client is more advanced, I would like to work on stamina, form, different pitches and whatever else my client wishes. :)
