I have coached amateur and professional boxers, as well as clients focusing on their fitness. I am currently located mainly out of Minnesota Top Team in Eagan, as well as some volunteer work at Sir Boxing in St Paul. I work with ALL ages, fitness, and experience levels.

Competed as an amateur in the upper Midwest and South Texas regions. I enlisted in the Army out of high school, which halted further boxing progression.

I always start with an assessment to identify current athletic and technical ability. From there on we will cover proper stance, footwork, punches, and head movement. I will then give an introduction to your typical boxing training tools (ie, heavy bag, speed bag, etc), followed by a series of drills to soft-wire basic form.
