Cary was a great coach! My son had his first session with coach Cary today mainly for the explosive speed and strength work outs. I am already excited for his coming high school soccer season. I strongly recommend him for athletes for any sports.

Thank you for laying a giant foundation for all the years we’ve trained together, I wouldn’t be where I am at today without your training guidance…
My name is Tony Keefer and I had a great and successful career at Cardinal Newman High School until my senior year when I broke my ankle and wasn’t able to help my team. After back surgery out of high school to repair broken vertebras in my back I was lucky enough to have a great two year Hall of Fame career at Santa Rosa Junior College with a full ride to NAU (Northern Arizona University) to continue my playing career and hopefully beyond. It wasn’t until I got to Arizona when I found out my career would be cut short by at least two years because one of the screws in my back had air around it and it was unfit and extremely dangerous to continue. So I had to hang it up… Not easy.
Having said all of that if it wasn’t for my trainer Cary Hiner and Dr. Chris Bailey I wouldn’t have been able to continue my career after I had surgery after high school. Cary is one of the most understanding people I know when it comes to reading what is going on with each athlete and when he or she may need a push or when to back off and take inventory with what may be going on. Us as athletes are very complex people when it comes to competing and always having control of everything going on. It is great trainers like Cary who can sift through those type of things and know when it may be better to talk vs get a workout in. I owe a big part of my success on the field to Coach Cary and I am proud to say he was a big part as well as Dr. Bailey in me being able to have a Hall of Fame career at SRJC.
Cary Hiner is a wonderful and knowledgeable strength/performance coach. Our 11 year old daughter Sarah, who has been competing at a high level of softball, was in need of a coach who could work with her to strengthen her pitching and prevent injuries. He has surpassed all of our expectations. Not only has her form and power improve while pitching, she has also improved her hitting and running. Most coaches tell you what to do, Cary will teaches you how to use your body and why. Her overall strength has increased drastically, which improved her overall athletic ability. His sessions are fun and educational. Her overall confidence has improved greatly due to his coaching. She looks forward to seeing him every week. We highly recommend him!
Cary Hiner has been working my son for about for about one year now. The improvements my son has experienced in that time has been excellent. His physical strength is growing with every session! That’s a great reason in itself to have a coach like Cary. It does not stop there though, his message for his clients is unwavering. It does not change with the seasons, it is consistent, get better…physically and mentally! It is working for my son.
Cary Hiner is the best at teaching the group and coaching the individual.
A constant visionary and evolutionist with the end of goal of better serving those he works with.
You don't have to worry about getting just another trainer, the name absolute athlete says it all. Absolutely the best.
I have known Coach Cary Hiner for 25 years. He is a honest, hardworking professional that will maximize the power, strength and conditioning of an athlete in a safe and proper way. As a former College Strength Coach and as a practicing Chiropractor for the last 28 years I would not hesitate for Coach Hiner to train my own children. In fact, he would be the only one that I would trust with children or any athlete. He is the #1 trainer in Sonoma County hands down.
Thanks for being a part of my off-season team! You have helped me become a better, well balanced athlete. I can’t wait to Cary-On what I learned to the next level. Fight On! Sincerely, Scott Ware.
