I retire in 2015 to teach young players how to master the volleyball fundamentals. I started my coaching career while still playing in 2012 in Venezuela. For two seasons I coached at Orlando Tampa Volleyball Academy, which is the #1 Volleyball Club in Florida - and one of the largest in all the USA with more than 120 teams. I moved to Dallas two years ago, to help young volleyball players reach their full potential based on Christian values.
Currently I'm the JV head coach of Trinity Christian Academy. I also Coach at Victory Volleyball Club.
During the summer, I run Clinics, Camps and High Performance Training in all Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Every athlete is different, thus my session plan is dictated by the specific needs of each individual. A player with a solid technique will always be in advantage over those who lack of good form. For that reason, I focus on developing and crafting player's volleyball fundamentals. I also plan my sessions to work on volleyball IQ development with drills that mimic the different situations that players might face during the games. I teach both, the fundamentals and volleyball IQ development base on my +25 years experience playing and coaching, and my researches. I'm also Strength and Conditioning Specialist so I provide advise and teach the athletic movement patterns athletes must develop to reach their full volleyball potential.
