I've been coaching since high school all the way to the present. I currently play professional for San Diego Loyal . I'm really dedicate to the sport and want to help the younger kids, and teenagers grow to their fully potential.

As a professional at the moment I am playing for San Diego loyal , I played last season for Loudoun FC . I want to get out in this community to train kids how I trained in Colorado when I played in the (MLS) for the Colorado Rapids 2014-2015. While playing for Chivas USA 2013-2014 (MLS) I coached in the Chivas USA Academy system. I have done multiple camps with both organizations in the MLS. I have been apart of coaching summer camps for UCONN mens soccer team since 2013, which is considered one of the top college camps in the nation. During my time home in Los Angeles I also work with a training facility for Sports Performance from youth -professional level athletes, I train groups of these players in my specialties helping develop their game. I also help train club teams under TFA academy, which is one of the top boys club teams in Southern California. I have trained with Rafa Moran, who is one of the top trainers in Southern California and I have also trained under him as a coach for his program with individual and group sessions.

(2009) Named BIG EAST Rookie of the Year and earned a spot on the All-BIG EAST Third Team and All-BIG EAST Rookie Team...named to the Soccer America All-Freshman Team...earned a spot on the Northeast Region Third Team...led the BIG EAST in assists with 11 in the regular season. Also Named Rookie all Nation.

The client can expect sessions that they won't forget because they will be fun and enjoyable. They will be sessions that help them reach their potential and develop their game in the areas they need most. My areas of expertise are skill, passing, shooting, dribbling, technique, defending as well as movements off the ball. I am an attacking midfielder but have also played forward so I can teach players how to attack, take on players and creativity while attacking. Defending as an attacker is also important and I can provide help with this as well. Free kicks, corner kicks and penalty kicks are also a very important part of the game if you want to be a technically sound player. My level of expertise as a player can develop you or your athlete a lot and take their game to another level. I will see what the client needs to improve and from there I will go and create a plan that I have so they can reach their maximum potential.

Coach Carlos has his first session with my daughter today, he worked with tighter ball handling skills and she had a blast. She will improve with the help Coach Carlos!! Strength and condition drills are a must and he had a great combination of them all.

Coach Carlos had his first session with my son today and I must say I was very impressed. This was not our first personal trainer for our son however he is far above all the others. He is at tentative to my sons needs assess areas to improve and implements a plan immediately. My son has played DA and flight 1 for three years and with the help of Coach Carlos we are sure he will remain competitive at this level of play.

Carlos is a great trainer. First session is to assess your child and to see where she is at. My daughter liked how motivating and encouraging he was and loved his drills. He is a very technical trainer which is great. I know he will take her to the next level. Can't wait to see the full outcome.

Coach Carlos made extradition efforts to get my son the right start on learning soccer. He is patient, paid attention to each detail which I think it's the vital part to get my son learn the right techniques from start. The session went for 90 minutes which went way beyond the 60 minutes scheduled, because Carlos wanted to finish what he has planned to teach and teach well. Really appreciated. The schedule was well planned. We definitely feell he is a great coach.

I love the way Coach Carlos works with my son. My son has not played much soccer. Coach Carlos challenges him just right while making sure he does not get frustrated and loses confidence. He has been very professional in communication and always been at the park before time with the field ready for Shiva to start practicing. My son loves learning from him just after 2 classes.

Carlos is a fantastic coach, when I saw his profile on Coach Up I was immediately intrigued, MLS player, 2nd in the MLS draft, I wanted to see if my 8 year old son would benefit from being trained by a professional and I wasn't disappointed. I've been training with Carlos since I began playing and he has taught me so much about the game.
