All my sessions begin with an active warmup which introduces the topic for the day. I like for my trainings to be intense with lots of repetition in order to create the muscle memory. Every time we practice there will be a strong focus on technical work, as every position requires a technically sound player (including GK). There well also be a specific focus on the topic for the day, and session will be built pertaining to each players position.
