More About Coach Caitlin

I have just finished 8th year coaching high school soccer. I also coached a club soccer team for 6 years. I have trained many different types of players and enjoy being able to help them all get closer to being the player they want to be. Due to daylight savings, most availability will be on weekends. I am CPR and First Aid certified.

I played Division I soccer at Saint Peter's University in Jersey City NJ from 2009 to 2012. I was an all conference player and defender of the week. I played semi-professionally for the NY Magic in the W-league for 5 years and 1 year for the NJ Valkyries.

I would start every work out with a proper warm up. We would then move into footwork with and without the ball. There would be a specific skill that would be targeted during each session, so the next activity would focus on the skill of the day.
