I have coached Division II athletes all the way down to middle school athletes. In 2011 I was the lead fitness trainer in Jenks, OK until 2013. I then coached a 10 and under team for that summer in Ada, OK as well as coached at the Oklahoma University Softball Camp. I have coached at the Oklahoma University Softball Camp for the past 3 years. It is one of my favorite camps that I attend. In August of 2013 I was employed as a graduate assistant at East Central University as a softball coach. Throughout my graduate coaching experience, I provided lessons to athletes from ages 7-18. After coaching there for two years I have now taken over my own program at Allen Public Schools in Allen, OK as the head softball coach and History teacher.

College - KCAC 2nd Team All-Conference Player
College - two time KCAC 1st Team All-Conference Player
College - KCAC All Midwest Region 2nd Team Player
College - 1st player in school history to be selected as a Capital One Athlete. (District 6 1st Team)

A client can expect my full attention first and foremost. I will always push my athletes to improve every session. I focus on the techniques it takes in order to become a successful athlete. Five minutes of stretching would lead us into the first basic movement of the skill. Depending on the skill being refined would affect the type of drill needing to be preformed. After the drill has been performed sufficiently we would then move on to applying that skill to the skill as a whole.
