Step 1. Techincal warm up followed by a static stretch. Then session divide in 3 parts , skill training to reinforce the need of stronger and solid technique.
2. An all side game that focus on Movements, decision making , quickness, speed of play defending, attacking, delaying, timing and Strenght , flexibility.
3. Finishing.
One v one finishing , volley finish, heading finishing, taping finishing, placement finishing, free-kick finishing long ball finishing, bicycle kick finishing.
Level NSCAA goal keeping licence.
Goal keeping - warm up general wa up, warm up the body and joints. Specific warm up, skills : basket, passing, catching , counter, diving, collapsing diving, steps later and angled. Communication , organization of tje defence , defending penalties.
