*Note many awards in other sports than soccer.

This is subject to change pending on the players positions, strengths, weaknesses, in/out of season, etc. I do use video from multiple angles so that I can go back and study anything I didn't see as well so that I can show the player what I am referring to in the video during our next session. Note: Entire session involves touches on the ball except some warm ups and stretches as touches on the ball is the most important part of the sport.

Here are just a couple ideas...
Goalkeepers:
1.Warm Up (10min.)
2.Stretch (5-7min.)
3.Quick movements handling the ball to get a feel for the ball (3-5min)
4.Reaction drills (5min)
5.Positioning drills (5-10min)
6.Technical instruction of positioning in regards to the ball (5-10min)
7.Back Technical explanation with Tactical instruction (5-10min)
8.Increase speed of play closer to game play (10min)
**Note this is only a broad example for a one hour session and will be much more detailed towards what the players needs to improve upon.

Field Players:
1.Warm Up (10min.)
2.Stretch (5-7min.)
3.Technical Progression (inside, laces, thighs, chest, headers)(10min.)
4.Skilled movements on the ground (5-10min.)
5.Technical instruction if needed (5min.)
6.Tactical instruction on field positioning (5min.)
7.Technical instruction on form where tactical positioning may lack (5min.)
8.Reinforce the technical instruction with tactical instruction (5min)
**Note this is only a broad example for a one hour session and will be much more detailed towards what the players needs to improve upon.

Client Reviews

Outstanding and great coach my grandson love it.

C.W. is very knowledgeable. I hired him to train my 9 year son at keeper. He is great with young athletes. We had only one session but my son had a great time and learned a lot and wants more training.
