I have been a USAG coach for 5 years and a USAG judge for 2 years. I have coached athletes in levels 1-6 and Xcel bronze-platinum at my local gym. I can work with athletes as young as 4 and as old as 18.

I started competing gymnastics when I was in elementary school and stopped once I got to middle school to start school cheer. I competed gymnastics for 5 years before I started cheer. Doing both sports really helped me grow my skills and technique, specifically in my tumbling.

Each session will be specific to the individual athlete. We will discuss the end goals and how to achieve them. Once goals have been discussed, I will make a lesson plan with drills and progressions to focus on. I will also be able to go over competition routines to help find deductions that may be dropping meet scores.
