I typically like to discuss with my client what they are looking for first before designing a session. We can do technical, tactical type work, or speed and agility. Typically, I start with some basic ball work to increase comfort level on the ball. Then we progress to more complicated movements and skills depending on the needs/wants of the player. I like to incorporate agility and speed work into sessions that are focusing on skill development. I teach ball control, ball striking, dribbling, and finishing.

For a 60 minute session:
-10 minutes: Warm-Up
-15 minutes: Juggling Progression
-15 minutes: Ball Work, similar to Beast Mode Soccer. Lots of ground juggling exercises to increase foot speed and comfort level with the ball.
-15 minutes: Dribbling and ball striking. We'll set up various sets that will require quick explosive touches through cones and then finishing on goal.
-5 minutes: Agility and Cool Down

For a 90 Minute Session
-10 minutes: Warm-Up
-20 minutes: Juggling Progression
-20 minutes: Ball Work, similar to Beast Mode Soccer. Lots of ground juggling exercises to increase foot speed and comfort level with the ball.
-10 minutes: Dribbling. We'll set up various sets that will require quick explosive touches through cones.
-10 minutes: Ball Striking. We'll work on various techniques in striking the ball.
-15 minutes: Dribbling/Finishing. We'll combine some dribbling sets with explosive movements that transfer into finishing on goal.
-5 minutes: Agility and Cool Down

Client Reviews

Coach Bryan is an excellent coach! He worked well with my daughter. He found ways to make her understand moves that she was struggling to understand. My daughter really enjoyed working with coach Bryan. We will continue to work with coach Bryan until my daughter is confident in her ability’s.

Thanks, Bryan
Great preparation and use of time. You took one hour to cover some well communicated goals for Rachel and finished with a bit of ball juggling and stretching. We like your style and attentive one on one. Look forward to more instruction.
Thanks

These activities make so much sense.
This is the 2nd year in a row I've seen you take a team that didn't seem like much and turn them into something special.
