I have worked and given lessons to athletes of all ages. Typically work with athletes ages 10 and up but willing to work with other ages. I also assisted in fielding and hitting camps.

Former Division 1 college athlete competing against some of the top programs in the country. I played at Creighton University in the Big East athletic conference. Was awarded Big East Pitcher of the Week on multiple occasions.

A typical session is about 45 minutes long including their warmup. My sessions a designed for each specific athlete and what they want to work on or get better at. My sessions include perfecting skills the athlete already has and learning new skills. I also work on an athlete’s mental game and help give them ideas on how to handle different situations.
