Discuss goals and objectives for day (let's say you would like to work on close receiving within circle and shooting)
Warm-Up (15 minutes - both body and stick work) - it is very important for both body and field hockey skills are warmed up.
- Stick work warm-up will include close passing with focus on receptions and consistent passing and receiving, dribbling circuits, and agility with ball on stick.
Water (Hydration is Imperative)
Head to circle for several different positions and reception drills to focus on receiving, turning and shooting on the move. I will be an active participant in the drill to challenge player on skills.

Each drill will have a fun/game like element while still focusing on specific skill for session.
