I have done both private and team instruction. I have worked as a private defense/ offense/ speed coach for 3 years as well as the head softball coach for 1 year.
I played in back to back Women's College World Series making it all the way to the Final Four. Played for NCAA Division 1's "Most Winningest" coach on a team that was ranked #1.
I am very interactive. I know for me, I learned best when I could actually feel myself doing it wrong vs. doing it right. I encourage the athlete to embrace their imperfections. If they're scared to make mistakes they will just end up making more. All of my lessons are very competitive and provide elements of mental toughness.
