I have been instructing private pitching lesson for 10 years with athletes ranging from ages 6 to 18, at all different skill levels. . I have been the program pitching coach and assistant for Pine Crest school for 6 years. I have given private and group lessons for pitching and hitting to south Florida travel teams.

Varsity pitcher for North Broward Preparatory School Varsity Team (started in middle school) from 2003-2008. Played Travel for 10 years in south Florida. Played at the collegiate level at Nova Southeastern University.

Typically, I will run the athlete through their warm-ups, emphasis the correct mechanics needed at each interval. Once warms up are complete I will have them pitch about 20 pitchers or so from full distances and speed. From there we will work on pitch location. Then we will work on learning a new skill or a skill that has not been fully mastered (leg drive, speed, curve ball, change-up, etc.) The end of the lesson will go back to pitching at a full distance and speed incorporating the new skill. I also provide my athletes with a monthly core and cardio plan and I will review the coming weeks exercises if needed.
