I began Boxing as a 9 yr old Kid in the the Famed Father & Sons Gym In Providence Rhode Island. I trained under and shared the ring with some of the best Coaches and Fighters to ever come out of New England

I train my Clients and My Fighters with the same principals. A strong emphasis on Fundamentals combined with Boxing specific Strength Training and Conditioning .
