Goalkeeping is a very special and very unique position.
Within the position every goalkeeper is different based on the size and age. I evaluate a goalkeepers physical attributes, technique and decision making abilities in the first session. I am very open to discussing personal goals, as well as player development issues.

From that point we will identify areas that need improvement, and build their individual technique around what best suites them moving forward towards their goals.

I have some free access to indoor facilities if our schedules line up.
For the older goalkeepers entering high school or college I have access to gym and field facilities to design goalkeeping fitness sessions based on your needs and goals.

Generally a session with me includes:
10-15 minute goalkeeper specific warm up
10- 15 Goalkeeping core workout to prevent injuries and build strength
15-20 minutes of foot work and handling exercises (if your feet can't get you there, you can make the save)
The rest of the session will be devoted to a range of topics that we can identify during the first training session.
I will teach best practices for recovery, cool down, and injury prevention.
