Currently Director of Goalkeeping for Sisonke Simunye based out of Winter Haven/ Dundee FL. I have been training goalkeepers of all ages for almost 3+ years now. I also coached two seasons as the head goalkeeper coach for Webber International University Men's Soccer while doing my MBA.

I have always been a player, 21 years of experience, 4 being in college where I was a three starter.
Many accomplishments in high school such as 3 year starter, one time 2nd team all conference, and 2 time first team all conference, senior allstar team, FACA allstar team, defensive player of the year, best GAA in state of Florida.
In college I was named MVP of Webber International University my freshman and junior year, 1st team all conference, nominated for player of the year of my conference and had the 2nd best GAA in the nation my junior year.

A typical warm up and stretch, mostly movement warm ups with light static stretching. Building up to more technical work, I like higher reps with simplistic drills. Halfway through I like to add a bit more technical aspects to keep their minds thinking of what's next leading into a full strength drill varying with the type of player and their needs.
