I have had the opportunity to work with athletes ranging from 5 to 25 years old, which has given me valuable insights into coaching various age groups. My coaching journey began in local community programs, where I worked with young athletes aged 5 to 10. These early experiences helped me develop a strong foundation in coaching fundamentals and allowed me to instill a love for the sport at a young age. In recent years, I have also worked with college-level athletes, particularly those in the 18 to 25 age range. Coaching athletes at this level has given me a deeper understanding of the technical aspects of the sport and the strategies required to compete at a higher level. Overall, my coaching journey has been fueled by passion, dedication, and a genuine love for the sport. I strive to create a positive and supportive environment for athletes of all ages, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve their goals.

As a 25-year-old coach who has played alongside college-level athletes and competed at the collegiate level, I can share my athletic journey with you. I had the privilege of competing at Texas State University and West Texas State University, where I dedicated myself to my sport and honed my skills. While I may not have garnered any individual honors or awards, my accurate measure of accomplishment lies in the growth and success of the athletes I have the privilege of coaching. Witnessing their progress, seeing them overcome obstacles, and contributing to their development are the greatest rewards I could ask for as a coach.

I believe in fostering a competitive yet supportive atmosphere that pushes athletes to strive for excellence while supporting their personal growth.

To conclude the session, I incorporate cool-down exercises and stretching routines to aid in recovery and minimize post-workout soreness. Additionally, I take the time to provide athletes with feedback and guidance, discussing areas of improvement and outlining strategies for continued progress.
