I typically offer 3 different approaches to my coaching engagements. All sessions will assume proper warm-up and stretching for player health and safety. For sustained engagements a focus on the players long-term goals will impact session planning.

Option 1) Player Assessment – This may be single session (high-level assessment) or multiple session (in-depth assessment) style formats. Within this assessment I will provide feedback and improvement plan on all phases of the Goalkeeping game, based upon NSCAA Goalkeeping Academy technical and tactical curriculum (e.g. handling, diving, distribution) as well as team play, mentality, and strength/conditioning.

Option 2) Player Development Program – Begins with a Player Assessment (see Option 1). I will develop a sustained improvement plan to focus in on areas of improvement and goals based upon NSCAA Goalkeeping Academy technical and tactical curriculum (e.g. handling, diving, distribution) as well as team play, mentality, and strength/conditioning. May also include subsequent Player Assessments to monitor progress, and/or in-game evaluations during a player’s competitive match with club. This option is will on a per session basis, no long-term commitment necessary.

Option 3) Specialty Session – This may be a single session (high-level) or multiple session (in-depth, iterative) style formats. Focus on a specific phase of the Goalkeeping game, based upon NSCAA Goalkeeping Academy technical and tactical curriculum as well as team play, mentality, and strength/conditioning.
