I have 10 years of personal training .. I have trained at all level from kids 8 years old to pro level athletes. I have work in the Raleigh, NC /Washington , DC / toronto, Canada areas.

I have played 13 years(4 nfl/9 cfl) professional football. I played college football at Kansa state university. I also ran track and was a national champion in 2006 . I was mvp of the Canadian football league in 2019 . I recently won the grey cup in 2022 .

I do speed and agility as well as strength and conditioning. Also will do position drills . I specialize in speed and teaching a athlete how to run properly
