More About Coach Brad

I have coached for eight years in at Cristo Rey Brooklyn High School and founded my own 18u travel softball team named The Blue Jays. I have experience coaching through Latin Souls Baseball Organization also out of Brooklyn New York. I'm a certified History teacher in NYS and have won multiple CHSAA Brooklyn/Queens Championships in both softball and volleyball. Recently, I have relocated to the Washington D.C. area where I currently teach and coach at Theodore Roosevelt Senior High School, and I have been in DC Public Schools for three years.

Played at SUNY College at Old Westbury (DIII)
Also played in various competitive men's leagues with and against former professional and collegiate level baseball players.

Sessions will focus on strength/conditioning, flexibility, hitting movements, hitting drills that will include tee work and live pitching. Also defensive drill work based on the preferred position of the athlete. Sessions will include various game simulation drills to help athletes become comfortable in high pressure game situations.

Excellent coach

Coach Brad was just wonderful with my daughter, who is working on several softball skills. He ran drills with her - meaning he actually ran with her to warm up! This was our initial session, so he worked mostly to assess her strengths and weaknesses. He was able to put his coaching tips into language and analogies that she understood. She came home SO excited about what she learned. We are definitely going to work with Coach Brad for quite a while.

It’s was a great lesson, my daughter left confident and excited what she will learn next. He was great at explaining what she does in softball at the plate can and does relate to her others sports. Building my daughters confidence and understanding!
