A typical session will include a variety of movements to improve athletic ability. These include cutting, reacting, plyometrics, explosive movements and sprits. I use a variety of tools (bands, tennis balls, reactionary elements, time trials, relay races, etc.) to challenge my athletes. My sessions offer work to rest ratios that allow the athlete to perform every action at 100% speed and intensity.
