More About Coach Borna

Mutiara International Grammer School
My highschool in Kuala Lumpur was without a coach mid season and I was assigned to be the head coach for the remainder of the year.

Santa Monica College
The college did not have a mens team during 2004 and I asked the head coach for the girls team about playing opportunities in America. After discussing my options he offered a volunteer position to help him with the girls team.

Brit west Tiny Pros
Working to introduce soccer and develop individual skills from age 18 months old to 13 years old.

Biggleswade FC Under 12
While taking my blocks for level 2 in Bedfordshire, i started coaching for local teams. Volunteering as I didnt have working Visa in the UK and background check is not possible for me.

Syosset Soccer Club

Edgemont Club

Rye Brook

Mutiara International Grammer School
Starting position at the Right back, then the left back followed by the centre back. When I moved to varsity team I was placed in the Defensive midfield position as an anchor. Responsible to take the free kicks and penalties.
Nazaki FC
Playing on the Right back and right wing.
Korea FC
Constantly on the right wing.
Liverpool Scallies FC
Started on the right wing but very soon I was placed on the strikers position and the attacking midfielder. Centre forward. After three years the team obtained a target man which allowed me to play more in the centre midfield role.

Each session is planned according to the players development expectations set by the player, parent and myself.
With an outcome determined for each session there is an Introduction portion worth 15 to 20% of the session, Main activity portion for 30 to 35%, Conditioned game is also 25 to 30% and the remainder of the time is dedicated to mini games. To create these portions there is a need of stages to progress and regress incase the player is exceeding or struggling with the tasks and objectives of the outcome. Players learn to make decisions more suitable for their skill set and objectives through game like environments. Placing player in the situations presented in the game through out the portions of the session planned, recognition of combinations presenting themselves in different stages of the field, and taking chances to learn from every decision.
