I am Gold Medal Squared certified and an AAU and USAV member. I am an assistant coach at Ardrey Kell HS which is one of the most successful teams in NC. I am the head coach of the 13U National 1 team at Carolina Juniors. I coach all the teams from ages 6-18 years and all teams from state to national. I am comfortable teaching any age. I am currently impact certified and CPR certified.

I started playing volleyball 23 years ago and the sport became my life. I played and set at international level for 15 years and played in professional leagues across Europe. I have been Lucky enough to travel the world and play against and with some amazing players and be coached by world class coaches. I played college volleyball at Sheffield Hallam University which I captained for 4 years. We competed against all the top European universities. I played for England 16U, 18U, 23U and Senior level and was apart of the Great Britain Squad.

I will use GMS tool box and personal drills I like to get the best out of a player. I like to work on the fundamental skills to start with ball control drills, work that into serve receive drills, base defense and into game situation drills as playing the sport is the way they will learn the sport. I will see what skills they have with analysis and then focus on the mechanics they need to be successful. I like to keep my methods simple with good demonstrations and key words. I want the player to feel they have improved every session.
