More About Coach Benjamin
I have been involved in the sport of gymnastics for the last 26 yrs, I have USA Gymnastics pro number and safety certification. I have national coaches certification and coach all ages from preschoolers to adults. I am a competitive coach with several state and regional champions and team members under my teaching as well as national qualifiers. Also was south Texas 2010 coach of the year.
3 time state power tumbling champion. 10 time national qualifier in mens artistic and trampoline & tumbling. I trained at Crenshaws athletic club in artistic before moving on to t&t. I have also coached girls gymnastics as well as run tumbling clinic for cheerleading camps and programs.
My first session would be a evaluation of skill, strength and flexibility level, then I would construct a personal training plan that would be geared toward systematic development of proper techniques and development of skills.
