More About Coach Ben
My coaching resume is going on 7 years now as I started coaching youth camps and clinics early in college. I then began coaching club, ages 9-18 all around North America. In Columbus, Detroit, London, ON. Etc. I then went onto coaching one of the top and most prestigious youth academies. I coached the Riverhounds academy out of Pittsburgh while I was playing for the pro team. I now am currently an assistant coach at the 8th ranked program in the NAIA, UNOH.
I played collegiately three years at Urbana University (D2) and was named Freshman of the Year. First team All Conference two of my three years, All-Region First Team 2 Years. My Senior Year I transferred to The Ohio State to land a better platform for going pro. I received Newcomer of the Year for the University while leading the team in assists. After My senior year I went on to sign my first professional Contract with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds. I just completed my second season professional in Pittsburgh.
Plenty of hard work, new skills (advanced and beginner), finishing, agility, defending, and fitness! I like to push my athletes not only physically but technically as well. I love to jump in and help my athletes in any way necessary during the session and love giving demos to help them visualize the skills we train!

Coach Ben has been an awesome coach to my son. He's always on time for the session, very enthusiastic, and well-organized. He works on different drills and exercises with my son, even bringing his own equipment to keep the session fun and exciting. He's professional and very encouraging. I highly recommend him!
