I have experience coaching players of all ages from youth to collegiate level. I have coached at the club, high school and collegiate level. I have worked with numerous clubs and training programs. I am currently the Girls Director of the East Side at FC Golden State and coach 2 club teams within the club. I also work for CB3 Sports Performance and Soccer Academy as an advanced staff coach.

I played for numerous clubs at the youth level. I was named the Far West Regional MVP after winning the Far West Regional National Cup as a youth player. I went on to play Division 1 at UC Riverside while earning All Team Big West awards three seasons and was named Player of the Week for the Big West Conference twice.
My focus will be on technical skills with both feet including passing, trapping, shooting techniques, with a high emphasis on a good first touch or preparation touch. My goal is to get each player as many touches and repetitions as possible while focusing on the correct technique in certain situations. I will push each player and set high demands to ensure they reach their goals.

My daughter currently plays for club. However, she has bigger aspirations, which is the reason why we approached Coach Ben. Coach Ben is a very flexible on his time and very approachable. He goes above and beyond to train my daughter. He met with us before we decided to try him and watched my daughter play and talked to us about what service would be needed. Then we met for an actual training session and he conducted training in an organized manner - starting with warmups, first-touch and agility. Aside from the logistics he's helped bring back my daughter's confidence level, she really enjoys his training and looks forward to it every week. From day one we have seen a great improvement with regards to her attitude as well as technical footwork. We will be speaking with him today about a development plan moving forward because we have decided to stay with him as a permanent personal trainer.
