I have worked at Stanford Summer Camps training a group of young girls (9-12) and I have also done some private sessions with individual players ranging from ages 4-15.

Professional Soccer Player

Being a midfielder, it requires lots of focus and practice mastering your ability to control the ball as well as decision making. My ideal sessions typically start with lots of technical work and teach players which surface of their foot needs to make contact with the ball. I then focus on passing and the small details such as checking their shoulder before receiving the ball. From there, I then like to personalize based on what the player wants to improve upon (i.e. if finishing then we'll focus on shooting technique, placement, and accuracy). I also believe everyone should be a student of the game. Thus, I offer film sessions as well for players to understand positioning, decision making, and things they can improve upon in regular training, on their own, or with me to help better develop them. Overall, I just want to be able to help develop players and be a mentor for them!
