Ayuk Tambe

I began coaching younger players at the age of 18. I started training kids aged 4-11 years with group sessions. Next, I was assigned a U14 boys team when I was 22 years old, we won the state cup and moved up in leagues and level, while only losing 2 games in total that season of 2017. I then tapped into the private coaching domain when I was 25 years old and playing for Lansing Ignite in Michigan. I private trained players aged 9-18 years old. Focusing in key detail of the players need, private coaching allowed me to tap into the athletes head and teach him the mental side of the game. Since, then I am still playing at the professional level and still guiding and influencing younger players.

2019 - USL 2 finals MVP and tied for team top scorer
2019 - Debut vs Chicago Fire
2018 - carried Tusculum University to the NCAA final
2018 - finishing top scorer and All-Conference
2012 - USA cup winner and MVP scoring two goals in the final vs Mexico
2014 - carried my junior college team to nationals, finishing top scorer for that season
2015 - earned a full ride to division 1 University of North Florida(ended up transferring)
2018 - carried Tusculum University to the NCAA final

I am LW/CAM/FWD I have played NCAA, USL 2, NPSL and currently playing at the professional level. Never differentiating between these positions as I believe a genius is one who is versatile.

I am a very technical player and believe in executing the proper technique, in a proper manner, at the proper time. I believe training "naturally" rather than "fast" or "hard" is the key to perfection.

My training will focus on technique and intelligence. the drills will involve lots of touches on the ball while being forced to make decisions and quick problem solving in tight spaces. we can expect sessions to be 1 hour long, and will be tailored specifically to the players position, style, and weaknesses. I am able to see a young player and predict what kind of player he may or may not be.
