More About Coach Ava
I have experience coaching younger athletes in soccer and futsal. I coaches mostly u7 and u8 players, however I have worked with some older players too.
I have competed at a high level of soccer my entire life. I am currently playing division 1 soccer at UNC Asheville. I earned all conference in high school. I was also invited to attend the US futsal national team camp.
It really depends on what the client would like to improve during the session. However a typical session of mine would start with a warm-up, into some technical ball work. Then a bit of fitness on the ball and finish with shooting.
