More About Coach Austin

For the last 9 years I have coached football teams ranging from 6th grade through high school, and I have worked individually with athletes from 11 years old all the way up to the NFL. My experience with such a broad array of age and skill levels has allowed me to create a truly unique 1-on-1 training experience. My primary focus has been on Speed Development and Football Position Specific skills (QB/WR/RB).

As a high school football player, I was named to both Offense and Defense All-Conference teams, Belleville News Democrat All-Area, and St. Louis All-Metro. As a track athlete, I was a 4 event Conference Champion. Since then, I shifted my focus to coaching and training.

Every session will include a specifically designed warmup and mobility phase followed by sprint mechanics development. Training sessions will focus on technique and body control, and they will be tailored to the needs and goals of the individual athlete.
