I have had the opportunity to coach and train young athletes ages 6-18 through one-on-one sessions, clinics, and collegiate clinics via several universities including my alma mater, The University of Notre Dame.

I began playing the amazing sport of fastpitch softball when I was 6 years old, and transitioned to travel ball with an elite program at age 11 where I spent the next 7 years helping my team win numerous NSA and ASA championships. I gained experience playing almost all positions on the field during this time, and eventually found my home in the outfield due to my speed and strong arm.

In high school I maintained the center field position all four years and was named All-District and All-Conference each year, MVP, Best Offensive Player, Best Defensive Player, and All-State my junior and senior years. I still hold the school record for most home runs and RBI's and am the only athlete to be named All-State in more than one sport (softball and volleyball).

I went on to play Division I softball at the University of Notre Dame and earned a starting position as a freshman in the outfield. By my sophomore year I had earned the starting center field position, was named All-Conference (Big East), hit the first grand slam homerun in Melissa Cooke Stadium (Notre Dame Softball stadium), was one of the team leaders in batting average and slugging percentage, and was honored as a team leader via the Notre Dame Leadership Academy.

My coaching expertise covers hitting, outfield & infield positions, base running, and mastering the mental game.

My hitting program will be broken down into the following parts:
