Antonio Aguilar

I have experience coaching and training soccer players for U10 and U16 NorthCoast Club located in Petaluma, California. I worked with the team as their head coach. I also worked as a private trainer for over six years with individual soccer athletes. My clients ranged from youth to adult level.

A few accomplishments I would like to highlight were being named player of the tournament and player of the year for Sonoma State University. Yes, I played collegiate and professional levels for Sonoma State, and FC Soccer Viza Talamanca.

Each session would be tailored and dedicated to each individual client but highly productive. A lot of ball work with numerous equipment. Each session would be broken down into four 15 minute drills. The first 15 minutes would focus on ball mastery work, then the second 15 minutes would be passing drills, the third 15 minutes would focus on shooting, and finally, the last 15 minutes would 1v1.
