More About Coach Antoine

For the past year, I've had the privilege of coaching at Lou Fuzs, primarily focusing on the under-9 age group. Guiding these young talents through their early experiences in sports has been immensely fulfilling, as I've watched them learn the fundamentals of the game and cultivate a passion for competition and teamwork.

In addition to my role at Lou Fuzs, I've also worked closely with individuals ranging from ages 6 to 18, tailoring my coaching approach to suit their unique needs and aspirations. Whether it's honing technique, instilling discipline, or fostering a winning mindset, I strive to empower each athlete to reach their full potential.

My coaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every player feels valued and encouraged to excel. I believe in the power of positive reinforcement and constructive feedback, recognizing that building confidence is just as crucial as refining physical abilities.

Competed at the collegiate level for four years at Maryville University and Post University in Connecticut.

a typical soccer training session focused on technique and game scenario situations, a client can expect the following:

Warm-up and Dynamic Stretching: We'll start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for the session ahead. This may include jogging, dynamic stretches, and agility drills to enhance mobility and reduce the risk of injury.

Technical Drills: The session will include various drills aimed at improving specific aspects of technique relevant to soccer, such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control. These drills will be tailored to address your individual skill level and areas for improvement.

Position-specific Training: Depending on your position on the field, we may focus on position-specific skills and tactics. For example, if you're a midfielder, we might work on distributing the ball under pressure or making runs into the attacking third. If you're a defender, we might focus on tackling, marking, and defensive positioning.

Game Scenario Simulation: A significant portion of the session will be dedicated to simulating game scenarios.
