Owner and general manager of Elite Athletics MMA, Boxing, and CrossFit. I teach Women's Fitness Kickboxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Fitness Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and CrossFit. I have coached all levels of athletes from someone on their first day to current and retired professional athletes, men and women of all ages. I strive very hard to help people meet their goals both in the gym and in life.

I like to work out a client based around their ultimate goals. After warm-ups, based on what a person is looking for we will work different levels of technique and conditioning. For people looking to compete, we focus on lot's of proper technique and add conditioning and sparring towards the end of the workouts. For people focused on fitness we focus on technique through exercise based drills and conditioning routines. Every day with me is completely different from the last so we don't get caught up in a boring routine. Most important, I try to make it as much fun as possible, because if you're not having a good time, what's the point?
