As a boxing gym owner, trainer and matchmaker I specialize in technique, footwork, and speed training. My training and my staff specialize bringing the best out of our members and fighters. I am a certified USA Boxing trainer and my staff also are certified. We have over 80 years of combined boxing and training experience at our facility.

Since our inception in 2014 our gym has trained Amateur boxers to win CT State Champions in tournaments. We have trained boxers to win championships and get ranked in the Nation. (3rd in the nation) We host our own boxing events and established a City tournament of Hartford Championships for belts.

My boxing sessions are designed for all levels. From beginners, Novice(10 Amateur fights or less), Open Class(over 10 Amateur fights) to the seasoned Professional Boxer. All Members train with jump ropes, heavy bags, speed bags and focus pads, and also utilize reflex drills, hand-eye coordination exercises, footwork drills, shadow boxing, plyometric and other cross-training fundamentals. I train as if you had an upcoming bout.
