I enjoy coaching all ages and have coached between the ages of 5 to 25 years old. I have been doing 1 on 1 and group trainings for over 7 years.

I am currently playing professional soccer, traveling all over the world competing. I just recently competed in UEFA Champions League in Europe. I also received top scorer award for my club and MVP for the Spanish tournament. I have also played with professional team Tijuana Xolos feminine club.

My session plan always starts with a good dynamic warm up, sometimes some soccer tennis to get loose. Then I go into ladder, cones, and passing drills to really focus on their touch, technical skills, and fitness. Then we will end with some finishing drills and a cool down.

I will instill in each individual technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills to becoming an all around player. I will address your weaknesses, break them down and instill good habits that will turn your weaknesses into your strengths. You will become a confident player that will see results every time you step on the pitch, and I will be with you every step of the way.
