I have coached middle school aged individuals of various levels in 1:1 and team settings. I have also trained my collegiate volleyball team during our traditional and winter/spring seasons.

- 4 year varsity athlete at The University of New England (2 year captain)
- NCAA Division III Woman of the Year 2014
- Commonwealth Coast Conference Senior Scholar Athlete 2014
- NCAA All Conference First Team nominations (2013 & 2014)
- Currently play Yankee Volleyball and was invited to play in nationals the past 2 years

I will start sessions with a cardio warm-up consisting of speed, agility and strengthening exercises. Depending on the athlete's level and position I will design the skills portion around his or her areas for improvement. I will break each skill (i.e. serving, blocking, hitting, serving, passing) into it's components and once each is mastered we will put it all together. I will analyze and assist each athlete in his or her form and technique. After skill practice we will practice game like scenarios at game speed. Lastly, a cool down will be offered to stretch out the muscles used during the session.
